Peeks

I expect the BackTack parcel I sent to my partner has arrived so heres a peek of the softie I made for her:
a Spring green Bunny!

The five buttons used were :
~Two "snowflake" buttons for the eyes
~One pearly button for a nose
~And a spring chicken button and an egg button atop her head. :)

I thought the face needed a bit more dimension, so I felted two little balls from wool roving for the..uh,( what are those parts called ).. cheeky rabbit upper lips?

Theres a tiny green bead with the inital K on it for Kelly, looks kind of like a earring I hope.

Being a softie, this bunny is stuffed with polyfil but also has an added surprsie, its a bit of a roly poly ( much like the toy and jingle, "Weebles wobble but they don't fall down").
For weight I added a scented and sealed rounded bar of soap. That roundness allows the bunny to gently sway to and fro when tipped. Iits kind of cool and the light scent of the soap is a bonus too.

Anyway, this was fun to do and I will look forward to next years BackTack sign up!
